Easy to Make Summertime Beverage

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in a blender. Puree and pour
  2. You also can add a little vanilla yogurt for density and flavor.

Serves 2: 

  • Each serving contains about 98 calories, 4 g protein, 0 g fat, 20 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, and 66 mg sodium.
